A Guide to Housing in Cilegon, Indonesia

Introduction to the House of Chilegon

Cilegon is a beach on the western end of Java Island, Indonesia, where there are many oil refining, chemical and steel industries. Recently, many related suppliers such as POSCO's secondary business, Lotte Chemical, and Hyundai Engineering and Daewoo, which are building regional power plants, are entering the market.

There are no completed apartments in Cilegon yet. There are apartments currently under construction with the aim of completing them by 2024, but it is unclear when exactly they will be completed. Therefore, many employees of Korean companies' partners and construction companies who come alone live in general houses, hotels, and boarding houses.

However, if you have a family, there are many people in the Lipokarawachi area of the nearest Ttanggrang area rather than the Chilegon area, which lacks infrastructure, and some people live as weekend couples.

The housing price is also more expensive than the Karawachi area, which has good infrastructure, and there are not many foreign schools, so people with children prefer Karawachi to Chilegon and are admitted to international schools.

It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Chilegon to Karawachi and the distance is about 67 kilometers, so please refer to it. Depending on the situation, it is possible to leave and leave every day recently. Please refer to the attached housing data that I will introduce today.
